Cameras
What condition are the cameras in?
All cameras are in full working order and come with a 3 month warranty unless stated otherwise. Cameras have been fully film tested and have new light seals installed, which means you can rest assured that your camera is ready to go!
What condition are the lenses in?
All lenses are clear and free from any imperfections that may affect image quality unless stated otherwise. As most lenses sold on this site are vintage, minor dust and debris is to be expected - but they will not affect your images. Some lenses have dust in them straight out of the factory!
Are batteries included?
If you would like the proper battery required for your camera included in your purchase, be sure to include the "BATTERY STARTER PACK" to your order!
To comply with shipping safety regulations, batteries are not pre-installed for shipped purchases. Remember, not all cameras even need batteries to function!
What does the 3 month warranty entail?
If your item becomes defective (from no fault of your own) within 3 months of purchase, we will organise for your camera to be returned to us free of charge, and offer a replacement camera or store credit.
Shipping & Packaging
When will my item be shipped?
Items are dispatched within 2 business days from your order being placed.
What carrier / postal service do you use?
We ship within Australia and internationally via Australia Post. You can track your package on Australia Post’s website here.
What packaging is used to ship your items?
Caring for the environment is something we take pride in. Our packaging reflects this too!
Our shipping boxes are made in Australia from 100% recycled paper, and are recyclable and compostable.
The tape used to seal the boxes is recyclable (with the boxes), uses FSC approved paper, and uses a natural-based adhesive.
The bubble-wrap we use is compostable and soft-plastic recyclable.
Our box labels we use for branding is made in Australia with 100% recycled paper, is recyclable, vegan, and uses a water-based adhesive.
How can I track my shipment?
You can track your package on Australia Post’s website here.
A tracking number is provided to you in our shipment confirmation emal.

What services do you offer?
We offer light seal replacement (which includes a general clean and check-over of your camera). We highly recommend this to anyone who has purchased an untested or non-refurbished camera. This way, you can rest assured that your camera is good to go!
For sensor cleaning, we recommend our good friends at michaels camera hire, here in Victoria.

Do you repair cameras?
We are only currently accepting repair jobs and requests on a case-by-case basis, as different cameras and issues require different parts.

We service and repair the cameras in our store in-house. So you can have confidence that we have personally tested and inspected each of the cameras we sell.
Can you source a camera for me?
Of course we can!

Please note that sourcing lead-times may vary, so please let us know if you need one urgently.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for our sourcing, as certain cameras can be hard to find, and we want to make sure that we're all committed to finding the best camera for you!
